How do I track my order ? 

 

Using the tracking number you received at the time of order, you can track your shipment through DHL's website.

 

How do I return an item ? 

 

• PRINT confirmation page & mailing label(s)

• PACK items. Attach a mailing label & enclose confirmation page

• SHIP from any Courier company

 

How can I contact your couriers ?  

 

You can contact our courier at http://www.dhl.com, www.mongolpost.mn. 

 

Do you provide international delivery ? 

 

Yes! We're pleased to ship to all countries that DHL and MongolPost(EMS) works in.

 

What are your delivery options ? 

 

Mleat offers delivery options to best suit your needs in terms of arrival time and cost. 

 

• DHL (Expedited shipping, with tracking) 3 to 6 business days /1 pound - 20 $, from that point each 1 pound 7 $ /    

• MongolPost (Standard shipping with semitracking) 10 - 14 days /1 pound - 7 - 14 $/

 

What is your return policy ? 

 

• Items sent for return or exchange must be in original condition. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely in either the original shipping box or a comparable carton. Mleat retains the right to deny returns on merchandise that is not received in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns which are damaged or lost in transit or that are shipped after 14 days of receipt. 

 

• Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

 

• All returns must be requested by contacting info@mleat.com prior to returning a shipment. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer except where an item is deemed faulty. When refunds are issued, they will be applied to the original purchaser via the same method that payment was received, minus original shipping costs. Mleat is unable to refund any customs or duties incurred on items.
